The floods may have kept us housebound, but this flood sale gives the houseproud an opportunity to purchase handcrafted items at Fantastic Furniture prices.
Uniqwa Furniture is a designer home wares company that supplies retailers with rustic furnishings. The design philosophy is tribal, predominately African, and concerned with ancient cultures and modern designs.
At the beginning of the year, the Uniqwa Furniture's Albion warehouse became a victim to the floods, leaving the company with damaged stock that it was unable to sell to its wholesale clients. In mid-April, Uniqwa Furniture will open itself to the public with a flood sale.
A warehouse in Murarrie (
33 Metroplex Avenue) will be the venue for this event, where damaged, undamaged and repaired items start at 80% off the recommended retail price. Customers can purchase from a range of mainly timber furniture that includes four poster beds, rustic book shelves, designer chairs and statement Indian pieces.
The Uniqwa Furniture Flood Sales runs between 9 April and 17 April from 9.00am until 5.00pm.
